Auckland Residential Property Prices

Here are the Auckland residential property price changes for the past three months to the end of January 2018. All of Auckland's regions are up, a bit surprising really!. Sales volumes are low, especially at the lower price end of the market. I suspect this is may be skewing the figures higher. It will be interesting to watch the figures over the next few months to see if the market is turning upwards again.
Auckland City up 1.8% (annualized up 7.2%)
North Shore up 2.3% (annualized up 9.2%)
Waitakere up 0.5% (annualized up 2.0%)
Manukau up 1.2% (annualized up 4.8%)
Papakura up 0.5% (annualized down 2.0%)
